How do I make reservations at the host hotel for the show?

A block of rooms is available to event attendees at a special group rate of $209 per night, plus tax, single or double occupancy.

The discounted rate is available until the cut-off date, February 18, 2025, or when the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY

Check-in at the Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel begins at 3 p.m. CT and check-out is scheduled for 11 a.m. CT Any departures after 11 a.m. CT are subject to a full day charge. Attendees can contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out. Please note that while you can request a late check-out, it is not guaranteed and is extended at the hotel’s discretion.

HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 888-236-2427. Cancellations made prior to 72 hours will not be penalized. Individual attendees will be charged for one night’s room and tax if they cancel within 72 hours of arrival.



Warning for attendees and exhibitors:

It has come to our attention that a number of third-party accommodation service providers have contacted companies either attending, exhibiting or sponsoring C&D World regarding hotel reservations.

These companies DO NOT represent C&D World, nor have they been authorized to send out any information related to the event, and should NOT be used to make hotel reservations. We urge all event attendees to ignore any communications from companies purporting to offer these services and avoid giving out credit card details to such organizations.

There is only one official way to book and reserve your hotel accommodations on behalf of C&D World, which is to book directly through the Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel. The hotel will provide a professional, reliable and safe service for booking your hotel accommodation.
