Andrea Johnson is CEO of van der Linde Recycling & Container Rentals Inc., a construction and demolition material recovery facility in Troy, Virginia. In addition to recovery, van der Linde Recycling & Container Rentals also produces gravel, mulch and RAS. In the past year, it has expanded to include a mattress and box spring processing facility.

Johnson has been in the waste and recycling industry for 12 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in business management from UMUC, is a member of the Virginia Recycling Association and on the board of directors of the Construction and Demolition Recycling Association.
