Andrew Paluszkiewicz is managing partner and director of operations at Eco Materials. He brings over 20 years of expertise in construction, excavation and site development. Throughout his career, he has successfully founded and expanded multiple companies dedicated to serving developers, general contractors and government agencies across the Philadelphia region.

Recognizing the industry’s need for a more efficient and sustainable solution for construction waste disposal, Paluszkiewicz and his partner launched Eco Materials, a first-of-its-kind soil recycling center serving the Philadelphia region. Notably, Eco Materials is one of just two facilities in the U.S. and one of only three in North America capable of accepting and recycling contaminated soil.

Strategically located on Passyunk Avenue in South Philadelphia, the Eco Materials Wash Plant is a cutting-edge, sustainable and environmentally friendly facility. It offers local development and remediation companies a safer, greener alternative for disposing of construction and excavation waste. By leveraging advanced, proven technologies, the wash plant reclaims and repurposes materials that would otherwise contribute to landfill waste, setting a new standard for eco-conscious construction practices.
