Brock Hill is vice president of Premier Recycle Company in San Jose, California, and has been with the firm for 16 years. He is an active member of the USGBC Materials and Resources Technical Advisory Group and an outspoken proponent of intelligently decreased solid waste regulation. Holding strong against anti-competitive legislation, Hill’s team was able to take a case to the U.S. Supreme Court on the private property rights of construction and demolition material.

He has a degree in political science from the University of California, Irvine, and has been an active adviser on hundreds of certified sustainable construction projects across the San Francisco Bay Area.
