Chad Abell is the vice president of operations (environmental health, safety and post collections) for Coastal Waste & Recycling. He has 25-plus years of experience in leadership roles for both private and public organizations. For the past 20 years, he has focused on the solid waste and recycling industry. Abell has worked or consulted across 20 states in the U.S. and participated in recycling system design, EHS program development, OSHA partnerships, environmental stewardship and solid waste research and development projects. He also is a member of the Construction & Demolition Recycling Association Board of Directors.
