David DeVito is the vice president of C&D Recycling Operations for ReSource Waste Services, where he oversees four C&D processing facilities, a metals recycling operation and a rail transfer facility. Aside from overseeing these operations, DeVito is also involved in developing certified waste-derived products in the New England region. DeVito has been in the waste industry for over 30 years, starting as a heavy equipment operator/mechanic for a municipal solid waste station in the Greater Boston area before joining forces with his brother, Stephen, and eventually co-owning LL&S Waste Wood, Gateway Scrap Metals and DeVito Trucking. In 2009 ReEnergy Holdings LLC acquired the company, which would later become ReSource Waste Services, and DeVito has aided in the growth seen since the acquisition.
