Gary Marsh is a seasoned safety professional with more than two decades of experience, blending a military background with a career in environmental health and safety (EHS).

His journey began in 1987 when he enlisted in the U.S. Navy, embarking on a path that would lead him to various roles, deployments and challenging environments around the world. In the Navy, Marsh held various roles such as aircrew survival equipment technician to line Supervisor and sea operational detachment supervisor. His experiences include deployments on aircraft carriers, participation in the 1991 Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty and establishing high standards in safety and technical inspections.

Marsh continued his commitment to safety in the civilian sector. He has held key positions such as EHS manager at Lautenbach Recycling, EHS specialist at Jamco America, Inc. and safety training coordinator at Vantage Drilling. His expertise extends to areas such as human performance in extreme environments, quality control, troubleshooting and incident response.

With a bachelor’s degree in business management and certifications including associate safety professional and master training specialist, Marsh is an advocate for safety in every aspect of his professional journey.
