Lincoln Young is the president of Rockwood Sustainable Solutions. Young founded Rockwood in 2014 as a shingle recycler and has grown the business over the last 10 years to be the largest C&D recycler in Tennessee. Rockwood now focuses on mixed construction material, recycling specifically wood, drywall, concrete and tires. Rockwood continues to grow in the Southeast, providing a source for municipalities and contractors to recycle their hard-to-handle waste.

Young serves as the past president of Tennessee Recycling Coalition.
