Lincoln Young is president of Rockwood Sustainable Solutions. He founded Rockwood in 2014 as a shingle recycler and has grown the business over the past 10 years into the largest construction and demolition recycler in Tennessee.

Rockwood now focuses on mixed construction material recycling, including wood, drywall, concrete and tires. The company continues to expand throughout the Southeast, providing municipalities and contractors with options to recycle hard-to-handle waste.

Lincoln is past president of the Tennessee Recycling Coalition.

Outside of running Rockwood, he enjoys spending time with his twin sons, Cole and Cade.
