Michael McCamley is a second-generation gypsum recycler who grew up in the business. His parents, Tony and Gwen McCamley, founded New West Gypsum Recycling 1985. The company pioneered the recycling of postconsumer gypsum waste back to the wallboard manufacturers for use in the making of new wallboard, closing the loop. In 30 years of experience, McCamley has worked every position within the company. He lived in Europe for eight years to help establish new operations in France, Belgium and the UK, and in 2018 he spent several months in Norway during the launch of that operation. Currently, McCamley engages with all levels of stakeholders in his global business development role.
