His previous experience includes loss prevention representative for Industrial Risk Insurers where he inspected facilities like fully integrated steel mills, iron foundries, aluminum plants, automotive plants, tire plants, plastics manufacturers, chemical plants and more. Bullock also investigated fire, explosion, collapse, machinery, and severe weather losses. Professional memberships and certifications include National Institute Certification of Engineering Technologies (NICET) Level III Sprinkler System Layout and Level I Special Hazards Design (2000), Certified Fire Protection Specialist (1996-present) and Society of Fire Protection Engineers (1991-1998).
