Rusty's journey in sales management began at DISA Systems (now Nederman), where he served as Territory Sales Manager from 1993 to 2000, followed by a promotion to National Sales Manager from 2000 to 2002. His leadership played a pivotal role in the company's growth.

From 2002 to 2011, Rusty served as Territory Sales Manager at Vecoplan, LLC, further honing his expertise in client engagement and project coordination. In 2011, he joined Machinex Technologies as the Southeast Territory Sales Manager, where his dedication to delivering top-notch service and results shone through.

In his current role, Rusty coordinates project details, concept drawings, and budgetary proposals, ensuring a smooth project lifecycle from approval to contract negotiations. He is adept at bringing together project directors and chief engineers to oversee formal drawings and pricing.
