Bernard Styer is the president and founder of American Demolition Corporation, a company he created and incorporated in 1996. With nearly three decades of experience in the demolition industry, Styer has built a reputation for his hands-on leadership and commitment to excellence. As an operator of various demolition equipment, he has spearheaded the successful dismantling of commercial buildings/structures and residential homes, consistently upholding high safety and environmental standards and best recycling practices.

Since 2014, Styer has been an active member of the Construction & Demolition Recycling Association (CDRA), where he serves as vice president and as a conference committee chair, playing a pivotal role in organizing events that foster collaboration and education within the industry and contributing to the organization's mission of advancing the recycling and reuse of construction materials. Additionally, he has proudly been a member of the National Demolition Association (NDA) since 1998.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Styer is dedicated to giving back to his community. He sponsors a South Jersey men’s flag football team that has been champions for the last three years in a row, exemplifying his commitment to fostering teamwork and camaraderie both on and off the field.
