Clete Elms is the chief operating officer for GreenWaste Recovery LLC. He has almost two decades of executive leadership experience in the resource recovery and construction materials sectors, most recently as CEO of an Australia-based waste engineering company. Prior to that, Elms held several senior leadership roles with Australia’s largest waste and recovery business, Cleanaway Waste Management, as well as working in waste processing infrastructure development for EQUIS Developments Pte. Ltd.
